Tokoh: 4 kali terima Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang, Cikgu Noor Azlan kongsi rahsianya

Masakan tidak, APC itu bukanlah satu anugerah yang mudah untuk dimiliki melainkan mempunyai pelbagai keistimewaan dan kelebihan ketika bergelar cikgu.

Berkongsi dengan GPSBestari, Cikgu Noor Azlan yang kini merupakan Guru Cemerlang Perpustakaan dan Media serta Guru Pendidikan Islam di Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Syed Abu Bakar, Baling, Kedah berkata, tiada sebarang rahsia yang dirinya pegang selama ini.

Cuma katanya, dia mengekalkan momentum semangat dan terus berusaha untuk memperbaiki diri serta membantu orang lain yang lebih memerlukan.

“Sebenarnya semua guru telah melakukan yang terbaik dalam kerjaya mereka. Mungkin masa dan peluang sahaja yang belum ada untuk mereka mendapat pengiktirafan,” ujarnya.

Terdahulu, Cikgu Noor Azlan telah dinobatkan sebagai penerima APC (kali pertama dan kedua) pada tahun 2009 dan 2013 di SMK Kudat, Sabah, kali ketiga pada 2016 di Sekolah Model Khas Baling, Kedah dan kali keempat di SMK Syed Abu Bakar, Baling, Kedah.

Berkongsi serba sedikit mengenai pengalaman menerima dua kali APC di SMK Kudat, menurut Cikgu Noor Azlan , pengiktirafan tersebut benar-benar mengejutkan.

“Saya tak pasti tentang kriteria yang dinilai tapi mungkin beberapa usaha dan penambahbaikan telah dilakukan terhadap sekolah berkenaan.

“Antaranya, ialah menaik taraf Pusat Sumber Sekolah (PSS) yang dulunya dipandang sepi sehingga memperoleh lima bintang dan seterusnya berjaya mendapat anugerah Pusat Sumber Cemerlang Negeri Sabah.

“Selain itu, saya juga berjaya membawa seorang tokoh NILAM dari daerah pedalaman di Kudat ke peringkat kebangsaan.

“Dalam masa sama, saya menghasilkan inovasi Scholar Garden dan Projek Kau Buang Kami Kutip. Kemudian membangunkan PSS secara drastik berdasarkan pengalaman yang ada sebelum ini hingga tersenarai sebagai finalis Anugerah Pusat Sumber Sekolah peringkat negeri Kedah,” katanya.

Sambungnya lagi, APC kali ketiga di Sekolah Model Khas Baling juga mungkin dinilai menerusi pembaharuan yang dilakukan olehnya.

“Saya menghasilkan dua inovasi iaitu Pembelajaran Sirah Melalui Terowong Masa dan inovasi Kad Kupon NILAM (KADKU).

“Inovasi Pembelajaran Sirah Melalui Terowong Masa telah meningkatkan minat pelajar terhadap PSS dan mata pelajaran Pendidikan Islam. Hasilnya 59 daripada 63 calon mendapat A dalam PT3 berbanding hanya empat pelajar sebelum itu. Manakala inovasi KADKU pula berjaya melahirkan Tokoh Nilam sekolah itu hingga menjadi johan peringkat negeri Kedah,” katanya yang telah mengambil Cuti Biasiswa Hadiah Latihan Persekutuan (HLP) pada 2016 hingga 2018 selepas berkhidmat di sekolah ini.

Menurut Cikgu Noor Azlan, usaha keras yang dilakukannya di SMK Syed Abu Bakar hingga melayakkannya menerima APC kali keempat cukup menggembirakan dirinya.

“Usaha seperti membangunkan PSS ke arah konsep Islamik, menghasilkan inovasi Akademi Hafizul Al Quran (ALHAQ) iaitu satu-satunya program tahfiz di Pusat Sumber di Malaysia, menghasilkan inovasi ReMIND Mobile, studio Green Screen Pendidikan Islam pertama di Negeri Kedah dan sebagainya adalah antara yang dinilai.

“Alhamdullilah dan terima kasih banyak-banyak atas kerjasama dan sokongan daripada semua pihak sehingga APC kali keempat ini dalam gengaman saya,” tuturnya.

Peranan warga sekolah

Sementara itu, Cikgu Noor Azlan berkata, peranan warga sekolah sangat penting dalam penganugerahan seseorang guru.

“Kita diibaratkan seperti satu jasad yang saling memerlukan antara satu sama lain.

“Sokongan pihak pengurusan dan pentadbir, rakan setugas, seluruh staf sekolah termasuk keselamatan dan pembersihan, para ibu bapa serta seluruh pelajar adalah amat diperlukan dalam membangunkan sesebuah sekolah

“Guru tidak akan mampu bergerak seorang diri tanpa sokongan daripada semua pihak. Saya amat bersyukur kerana dikurnikan pihak pentadbiran serta rakan setugas serta seluruh warga sekolah yang sangat bersikap saling membantu antara satu sama lain tanpa ada perasaan dengki dan iri hati malahan saling memberikan sokongan dan semangat,” ujarnya.

Akhir sekali, cikgu ini sempat menitipkan sedikit nasihat kepada semua guru-guru di luar sana yang mungkin mengimpikan APC sebelum berakhirnya kerjaya sebagai pendidik.

“Sebenarnya sebagai guru kita tidak mengimpikan penghargaan daripada sesiapa tetapi dari segi psikologinya, penghargaan akan memberikan impak yang sangat baik terhadap penerimanya.

“Saya sendiri tidak pernah mengejar APC tetapi apabila memperoleh sesuatu penghargaan pastilah kita menghargainya malahan akan mencuba untuk memberikan yang terbaik selepas ini.

“Apa-apa pun kita semua perlu ingat, kita bekerja kerana ALLAH dan tanggungjawab. Apa yang dapat dan tidak dapat jangan kita terlalu persoalkan kerana kita perlu yakin segala rezeki itu milik ALLAH dan Dia berhak memberikan kepada sesiapa yang dikehendakiNya.

 Insya-ALLAH saya optimis semua guru di Malaysia adalah sangat cemerlang cuma menunggu masa dan ruang untuk mendapat penghargaan. Marilah kita memberikan yang terbaik dalam hidup kerana kita yakin ALLAH sentiasa memberikan yang terbaik lebih daripada apa yang kita impikan seperti APC. ALLAH memberikan kita kesihatan, keselamatan, ketenangan dan seronok bekerja itulah ‘APC’ yang paling mujarab sebenarnya,” jelasnya.

 KUALA LUMPUR: Tiga pengendali Ro-Ro utama di Langkawi bersama dua perusahaan berkaitan didenda RM2.2 juta oleh Suruhanjaya Persaingan Malaysia (MyCC) kerana membentuk kartel penetapan harga.

Denda itu dikenakan berhubung kenaikan tambang pengangkutan kenderaan melalui kapal Ro-Ro di antara Langkawi dan Kuala Perlis dan sebaliknya.
Ketua Pegawai Eksekutifnya, Iskandar Ismail berkata, tiga pengendali Ro-Ro utama tersebut adalah Langkawi Auto Express Sdn. Bhd.; Langkawi Ro-Ro Ferry Services Sdn. Bhd. dan Dibuk Cargo Services Sdn. Bhd.
Dua lagi perusahaan berkaitan yang turut dipertanggungjawabkan atas pelanggaran yang sama ialah Dibuk Sdn. Bhd. dan Langkawi Ferry Services Sdn. Bhd.
"Hasil siasatan MyCC mendapati tiga pengendali Ro-Ro utama bersama dua perusahaan tersebut telah terlibat dalam perbincangan tertutup untuk menaikkan dan menetapkan tambang bagi kenderaan komersial serta kenderaan persendirian yang menggunakan kapal Ro-Ro milik kesemua perusahaan tersebut.
"Tindakan tersebut telah membawa kepada pembentukan kartel penetapan harga melalui dua Memorandum Persefahaman (MoU) bermula dari tahun 2018 hingga 2019," katanya dalam sidang media di sini hari ini.

Pada 14 September 2020, pihaknya telah mengeluarkan Keputusan Cadangan kepada lima perusahaan tersebut dan kesemua perusahaan telah membuat representasi kepada MyCC di antara bulan Disember 2020 dan April 2021.
Selepas mempertimbangkan semua bukti termasuk representasi mereka yang terlibat, MyCC telah mendapati bahawa kelima-lima perusahaan tersebut telah melanggar Seksyen 4 Akta Persaingan 2010.
"Kos sara hidup di Langkawi telah meningkat dalam beberapa aspek berikutan aktiviti kartel ini lama sebelum bermulanya pandemik.
"Daripada laporan KPDNHEP yang diperolehi oleh MyCC, kenaikan tersebut jelas menunjukkan bahawa kenaikan harga barang yang datang dari Semenanjung adalah ketara selepas termeterainya MoU untuk tahun 2019," jelasnya.

Beliau dalam masa sama memberi amaran bahawa MyCC tidak akan bertoleransi dengan aktiviti kartel kerana ia merupakan pelanggaran yang amat serius di dalam undang-undang persaingan.
"Kami tidak akan melepaskan mana-mana pihak yang didapati terlibat dengan kartel.
"Perlakuan sabotaj ekonomi ini sudah pasti akan memburukkan lagi keadaan rakyat yang terjejas jika ianya berterusan.
"Kami berharap perusahaan-perusahaan yang terlibat serta perusahaan-perusahaan lain di luar sana mengambil iktibar daripada kes ini," tegasnya.
